Light Emission Technology (LET) Inc, a USA company, was established in 1998 and is the pioneering leader in solid state lighting (SSL) including LED technologies, LED light sources and fixtures. Our mission is to create a cleaner, greener, healthier environment by developing more energy efficient LED solid state lighting solutions.
LET's strong R&D team was already ahead of the curve and had taken the lead in LED SSL technology innovation. In its early stage, LET focused on refining the design and assembly of high intensity LED sources. As early as 2003, LET had designed its very own SSL MR16 LED lamp. And shortly after a complete family of PAR and AR equivalent LED lamps was developed. LED has now leveraged the rapid advancements in technology and materials to refine these products with new and advanced thermal controlled driver technology. This has resulted in “drop in replacement” dimmable bulbs with the first 3 year warranty in their class. All products are covered by international patents.
In 2006, LET opened a new manufacturing facility in Southern China with over 20,000 square meters of production space. Our factory has a fully integrated assembly line in order to control quality and cost of key components in house. This includes: automatic pick-n-place; die bonding and wire bonding; chip on board (FR4, Aluminum or FPC) applications; automated testing and final assembly inspection. LET continues to expand with the addition of injection molding and tooling capabilities. We are now ready to provide with the LED SSL products needed to “fast forward” past even Compact Fluorescent Lighting to the ultimate energy and environmental solution.
